Yusaf never goes to work; he goes into the studio to meet friends and share his craft. Yusaf trained at Rusk in Scotland, and Vidal Sassoon in London.
Over the past 20 years, Yusaf has earned the loyalty of many clients, most of them returning to his business as friends. His personality is infectious and you know you’re in good hands when you sit in his chair. In his own words, he explains his style as natural, timeless and easy maintenance.

Kristen began her fulltime hairdressing career in 2017 after moving to London England. She studied at then London Hair Academy and did some apprenticing at other salons in London and Vancouver like Sukis, before making her way to Yusaf Hair Studio. Kristen’s passion for hair started at a very young age cutting and colouring for family and friends, styling friends before a night out starting back in 2005.
Kristen is very knowledgeable about the products carried in our salon and is happy to help you pick the best products for your hair. Kristen was working in finance for almost 10 years previously and decided she was ready to help people feel and look their best, so made the big change and we are happy she did. She will always tell you what to expect and give you options the best suit your needs.

Specializing in hair colour services such as balayage, highlights, and colour corrections, she combines technical expertise with a keen eye for detail to deliver results that complement each client’s unique features and lifestyle.
Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Jessa loves meeting new clients and takes the time to understand their goals, ensuring every colour service is customized to achieve the perfect look. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a dramatic transformation, she is dedicated to helping you feel confident and beautiful.

Chloe graduated from JCI in early 2023 and has been growing her passion for hair ever since. In the years following her education, she focused on refining her styling skills, building confidence behind the chair, and developing a strong eye for detail.
Since joining Yusaf Hair Studio, Chloe has focused on expanding her skills. She welcomes challanges, seeing them as opportunities to apply her knowledge and work towards her ambitions as a stylist.
Chloe has always loved to contribute to her community creatively. Influenced by her years in the performing arts, she loves finding creative ways to bring self-expression to life. She approaches each client with a sense of collaboration; taking the time to listen, understand, and execute a look that feels personal to their individual style. She hopes that as she continues on her journey, the connections made go beyond the salon & her artistry extends inwards – transforming hair and transpiring inner beauty.
